In partnership with Canada Snowboard, Nova Scotia Snowboard is proud to deliver the Little Riders program to schools and organizations around the province.

The Little Riders program works with schools to introduce students to snowboarding while meeting the education requirements of the school’s curriculum and is targeted to kids aged 12 and under. These sessions provide a playful challenge to resemble the movements and muscle groups used in snowboarding and do so in a fun and safe environment. This program is offered at no cost to schools and is advantageous for kids as these program sessions can be conducted regardless of weather conditions or financial barriers.

In 2019-20 Nova Scotia Snowboard delivered the program to over 25 schools and 6000 youth around the province!
