Snowboard will feature multiple disciplines such as Parallel Giant Slalom, Snowboardcross, Slopestyle and Big Air, with provincial teams fielding\u00a0 <\/span><b>two coaches and one wax tech<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and gender representation requirements in coach selection.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Commitment &amp; Key Dates<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Successful applicants will be expected to commit approximately <\/span><b>18 months<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of preparation and competition support, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pre\u2011Games training camps, evaluations and scouting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> throughout <\/span><b>2025\u20132026<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Team selection, preparation, and competitive events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (includes camps such as spring, summer, and pre\u2011Games windows)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Travel to <\/span><b>Qu\u00e9bec City<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Feb\u202f27 to Mar\u202f14, 2027<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, for the Games competition period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>\u00a0Role &amp; Expectations<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Snowboard Coaches (2 positions)<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>NCCP Requirements:<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Competition Introduction Certified<\/strong> at time of appointment. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Competition Introduction Advanced Trained<\/strong> 90 days out from games<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completion of NCCP courses : Manage a program (CD), Manage Conflict (CD) and Leading Drug Free Sport (CD)\u00a0 90 days out from the game<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Safe Sport Requirements:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPIC Police Check<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canada Games E-Learning Module<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safe Sport Training<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding the Rule of 2<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Making Headway in Sport (Concussion Training)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Experience:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum three years coaching LTAD Stage 4 or higher<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven ability to develop athletes in high-performance environments.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Additional:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One male and one female coach to be chosen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Available for all scheduled camps, competitions, and Games dates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must meet deadlines;
