Nova Scotia Snowboard is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and community-minded individual to join our team as Executive Director.

This part-time leadership role is an exciting opportunity to help guide and grow snowboarding across the province by supporting clubs, athletes, coaches, events, partnerships, and organizational development.

Position Highlights:
• Part-time position (20 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule and remote work environment
• Lead strategic growth and organizational development
• Support athlete, coach, and club pathways across Nova Scotia
• Work closely with the Board of Directors, clubs, and community partners

We are looking for a strong communicator and collaborative leader with experience in leadership, administration, sport, non-profit, or organizational management. A passion for snowboarding and sport development is considered an asset.
